How exciting! Congratulations to you and Miguel! I’m a big list fan as well and handwritten lists are the best! I have a bit of a notebook obsession to hold them all in.

Congrats! I am sorry that you had a few down days but glad that you were able to have the courage to do something about it and even more exciting have such a wonderful thing come of it. I love the idea of a handwritten post too – my handwriting is probably worse than yours though so I am not sure I could handle it.

Again congrats, can’t wait to hear more about your plans.

First of all, congratulations on finally setting a date! That’s so exciting, you will most definitely have a lot of lists. Even though it’s only going to be small it’s amazing the amount of things that going into planning a wedding (my step sister is getting married in December so I’ve heard a lot about weddings). I’m glad something good came of your depression which reared it’s ugly head. Things like that have a way of inspiring you (once you’ve stopped wallowing, anyway).

I love the whole concept of handwriting a post. I don’t write things enough anymore, it’s all computers now, isn’t it? I definitely want to give this a go so hopefully I can find the time (and something to write about).

I hope you do Becky, this was a fun post to put together (i.e.: it was easier then I thought it would be).
      Thanks for the well wishes!

Oh Karen I am SO excited for you and Miguel!! I am sorry that you had to deal with such an awful week to get to that point, but so very happy for you!! I like a handwritten list too- helps me remember things better! Glad you liked Not a Drop to Drink too, I love Mindy’s writing so much!

Thanks Shannon! It is going to be a very small affair, but I am really excited. Which is good because my Miguel could care less. It’s just a contract and we are sort of already in one. This just means we have another anniversary for him. For me it means a legal commitment.
I am so excited to read more of Mindy’s books. I really like the way she writes.

Eeks, congratulations on setting a date! I’m so sorry that you had an awful week leading up to it, but I’m so happy for you that it turned around and something amazing came from that week! YAY! And btw, your handwriting is definitely not the worst! You should see mine, it’s all bubbly and people are like is that a b, d, or a p uhhhh and why are those letter connected, wait, what is that word?! Hence why I type everything lol!

I like bubbly handwriting. It is very feminine. I feel like my writing is too sharp and sloppy. I would much rather type for other people, but I love to write things out too.
