The Trojan Pulse is a compact persoanl massager. It has three speeds and three patterns of vibrations. The vibe is compact and discreet, until you turn it on. Still this vibe is waterproof and easy to use. I love the fact that it comes with a storage pouch, a battery, and a condom.

The Trojan Pulse Massager has a ridged silicone tip for extra stimulation. the tip is broad and slightly rounded so it can cover a wide surface area. I found this product very easy to use. This vibe offers three speeds of vibration and three pulsating patterns. The Pulse has one small silicone covered button at the bottom of the toy, which must cycle through all 6 settings to turn it off. The vibrations on this toy are pretty good for something so small, about a 3.5 out of 5. The vibrations are more on the buzzy side.

I found this vibe is best used for direct clitoral stimulation. It is not really designed for insertion vaginally, and definitely not anally. It can be used on the labia and at the entrance of either orifices though. This vibe could also be used on male erogenous zones, although we never really used it like that. The silicone tip has a bit of drag to it. Silicone is not compatible with anything but water-based lubrication.

It is 100% waterproof when the cap is on right, and there really isn’t a way to put the cap on wrong. The Pulse takes one AA battery for power. Trojan even included a battery with this product, yea! To get to the battery compartment just twist it apart in the middle. The silk pouch this toy comes with is pretty nice with a black satin layer on the outside and a purple satin layer on the inside. The condom that is included is a HerPleasure condom, very appropriate.

 

This toy can be taken in the shower or tub since it is waterproof. It is also pretty easy to clean, just pay a little extra attention to the ridges on the top. I use a sex toy spray cleaner, but you can also use soap and water. The bad news is that this is quite loud. It is much louder than I expected. This vibe will probably be heard through a closed door. Not quite hitachi loud, but comparable to other wand massagers in volume.

The packaging for the Trojan Pulse Massager was a paper box, which was really hard to open. The box was sealed with glue and stickers. Inside I found the vibrator nestled in a sealed plastic clam-shell, with the satin pouch and instructions on the outside. I had to cut the clam-shell open to get to the vibe. It was really nice that they at least included the battery with this toy, but so much packaging was a waste.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The good news is that this vibe is pretty inexpensive. I would say the price point is right on at $33, FunWares carries the Trojan Pulse Massager for $29.95. This product has pretty good vibrations, is waterproof, includes a storage pouch and comes with the battery. I would recommend this vibe to anyone who doesn’t mind a little bit of noise to go with their playtime.
