I had this California Exotics toy all wrong. I ordered the Wild Orgasm-Wild Orchid for review from FunWares a while ago. This toy was not at all what I thought it was going to be. It looks like a regular rabbit. I assumed the clitoral shaft is meant to buzz on the clitoris. I was so disappointed when it didn’t. The shaft is flimsy and does not provide enough stimulation for me. I set the toy aside. I really should have tried harder to get it to work for me… hindsight is always 20/20.

There are over 200 possible combinations to choose from on this toy. It has 2 synchronized motors with 8 different speeds and 8 levels of rotation with 3 different functions. The Wild Orchid is totally waterproof. This toy also has a dedicated on/off switch.

Upon closer inspection of the clitoral shaft it looks like a boat with some little numbs inside of it. It is not a bunny rabbit clitoral shaft at all. The shaft for the clitoris is made for suction w/little nubs to stimulate as it “sucks. To get this to work I needed to apply lube all around the rim of the clitoral shaft ends. Then it was just a matter of getting it to suck up in the right position.

The shaft is really smooth and rounded at the tip. It has two ridges about 1″ down from the tip simulating a head. On the clitoral side of that is a small bullet which vibrated at the same speed/intensity as the clitoral shaft. The shaft also rotates independently of the clitoral shaft. You can run either the clitoral shaft vibrations or the shaft rotating or both. The clitoral shaft is very flimsy and maneuverable.

I did get this toy to work for me, after alot of trial and error. I was puzzled at why this toy retailed for so much and was such a dud. I really think it should come with better instructions. No where on the package does it say that it is suppose to suck. It does mention how powerful it is. It was hard to gage the power with the clitoral shaft being so flimsy. Once I got the clitoral shaft on right it produced a really unique sensation of suck and vibrate.

The package also states that the product is “Plushy Soft, With Hygienically Superior Material” This is a flat out lie. TPR is porous, please keep that in mind. The only thing it is superior to is cyberskin and jelly! It did not have a bad smell out of the box. I felt pretty safe after cleaning it, but I would not share this toy, especially since I hate to put condoms on my toys. It will hold bacteria. The packaging really just got me angry about this toy. I wanted to like it. I really did. TPR and jelly are almost the only materials rabbits are made out of. There are select few companies making plastic and silicone rabbits but the density of the material creats problems with regards to moveable functions. Also silicone tends to absorb vibration rather than project them. TPR carries vibrations very well. Although I prefer a silicone or plastic toy, I understand this about TPR so I accept it. A toy like this has limited materials it could be made from with the same results. But please don’t tell people it is hygienically superior material! This is almost false advertisement!
