I feel like this was a really productive reading week. I made an assumption about a book I received on NetGalley and finished it in one day. I kept seeing it and just assumed it was about to be released. Unfortunately, the book doesn’t come out until MARCH 2016. OOps! You and I both know I have plenty of reads and did not need to dip into the 2016 stash. Ugh! Oh well. I will be posted that review (and another I kinda started reading early and am almost done with) next week.
I went back to the Library sale on Sunday last week. I honestly thought to just look for ONE book, Mockingjay. (they had it there when we went last Thursday but my lovely daughter swore she already had a copy. her copy has NO COVER, so that just won’t do). It seemed really busy and the lady running things handed me a bag and said I could fill it for $5, then she handed me another one and said it was buy 1 get 1 free. I went and got a whole bunch of books, I didn’t not find Mockingjay. But I got all these for $5!
Oh my, that shelf is bowing terribly.
This Thursday the new Beyond the Books will be posted. This week we are discussing I am most proud of…
Last week I posted:
Next week I plan to post:
My Book Haul:
(obviously, I got more than this, but these are the ones I will definitely be (re)reading and plan to review here)
Tonight I put together the new Read This Round Up edition for tomorrow’s posting. If you want to have your reviews and/or giveaways added, please click this link and submit them. I am always happy to get bookish photo submission for the editions. They don’t have to be new photos, so long as you have the rights to them. In exchange for allowing us to post them you get credit and link backs on every site that plays along. Check out the photo submission page for more details.
The new edition posts on Monday, so any reviews that you want to add by Sunday will be included in the next edition. This week’s edition will feature a giveaway sponsored by ME. So you should definitely check it out.
