mvmHello Lovelies! Welcome to my weekly wrap up!

I didn’t work as much this week. It was nice to be home and get other stuff done, but…I am now counting down the days until schools start again. It has been pretty hot outside so everyone just stays inside enjoying the air conditioning. My house is a wreck. Things have been broken and I am not sure how much more of my kids antics this apartment can stand. Come-on August 31st!

I have to admit, I put a bunch of pre-orders in this month. I do not normally do this, but there are so many great books coming out I couldn’t help it. I pre-ordered Illuminae, Six of Crows, Trial by Fire and Queen of Shadows. I didn’t get ARCs of any of those books, (i know! what the bloody hell?) so I thought getting them on the day they release would be the next best thing.

I had a sad week for ARC August. I only got one ARC read this week. That puts me up to 5 out of my goal of 15 this month. I hope to do better this coming week. I am planning on doing some more posts about blogging here really soon, but I have so many ideas it is hard to narrow it down. I just need to get to writing them and pick the order to publish later.

This Thursday the new Beyond the Books will be posted. This week we are discussing Our Favorite Game (board game, party game, hate games? tell us about it!). I hope you will join in!
