Somethings I can tell just by looking at something. I knew right away when I saw this item, that this was a bad idea. Made of silicone straps with a bullet attached, the Lover Rider Lover’s Thong is meant to be worn by the man during sex.

The Lover’s Thong is available in black, pink, and purple. The beaded ring has a 1.75″ opening and is meant to stimulate him during sex. Above the ring is the bullet which has 3 speeds and 4 patterns, meant to stimulate her during sex. It is waterproof and made of safe materials. Silicone is compatible with water-based lubrication only. This toy requires a bit of lube to work.
Please notice the model this thong is on is a female, two of the color options are generally considered to be feminine. This is meant to be worn on a man. I am just thinking that a guy would have to be pretty adventurous to try this out. I am trying to picture the couple willing to test this out and drawing a complete blank. . . It took so much convincing to get Miguel to try this out and as he predicted, he hated it.
The straps adjust but ugh, they are silicone. The silicone straps slide through each buckle which has two straps going into it. The straps make me think of face goggles. Growing up in Florida, I have dealt with dozens of face goggles. The straps stretch to a point and then they require sliding through the buckle to adjust. (I would rather just get the damn salt water in my eye and not deal with it.) You need to be pretty close to the right size when you get this on, it is not easy to adjust. The straps are stretchy, but thin. The straps twist and tangle easily. For the purposes of this review I tried this thing on. It was probably my most unflattering look ever and it was uncomfortable. Imagine a 1/2 inch silicone strap digging in your ass. Not comfortable.
The bullet slides into a silicone sleeve. It is removable. The beads do not stretch and Miguel reported they were uncomfortable. The great news…the bullet takes watch batteries! There are 6 batteries included in the package, and it take three to run the bullet. This is nice since I have never once bought a watch battery for my toys. I kinda consider watch battery taking toys disposable and just toss them when they don’t work anymore.
The bullet has 3 speeds and 4 patterns, as I said before. It is strong enough but the angle wasn’t right. Miguel didn’t like the way the beads felt on his cock. Then there was a little issue with the straps. It just wasn’t comfortable during sex, we took it off after a few thrusts.
I would change so many things about this, starting with the silicone straps. They are not comfortable due to their thickness. Also, the straps ends need some sort of cushion. Either the strap ends hit me or him depending on whether he wore it inside out or not. I did not enjoy the straps hitting my most sensitive spots, and you probably wouldn’t like it either. The silicone will rub your skin raw with friction unless it is tight, which is terrible because it can feel like it is cutting in. Worse than that, there is a buckle placed at the bottom of the beaded ring. I am sure we all are familiar with anatomy. If worn by a man under the penis are the balls and taint, on the woman, well this thing is all wrong to be worn by a woman…I could go on and on about how much I disliked this item, but I think you get the point.
The Love Rider Lover’s Thong was a fail on a few levels. Sorry, but I know California Exotics can do better.
