We are finally here in Connecticut! It took a few days of driving and it was a beautiful ride, especially after we got into Virginia and on up and over. Our new place is perfect for the family so far and we have made this feel like home. After waiting a few extra days I am finally online again. I am telling you, winter is a boring time with no internet or cable. As a bonus, Saturday it finally snowed and the kids loved it so much. My heart melted watching them slide down the hill by our new apartment.
I wasn’t able to really blog until we got internet back. I got in a few posts this since I got so much reading done.
Last week on the blog:
Perdita by Hilary Scharper -Book Blitz (giveaway)
J by Howard Jacobson (review)
SAVING GRACE by Jane Green (review)
PERDITA by Hilary Scharper (review)
Next week I plan to post:
The Resurrection of Tess Blessing by Lesley Kagen is a great read so far. I am only about 3 chapters in but I have heard so many great things about this. I need more time to just read. Thanks to Booksparks for sending me this and allowing me to be part of the tour!
My Book Haul
I got some new books this week, even despite everything that is going on. (all the links go to goodreads)
Tomorrow the new Read This Round Up will be going up here as well. If you want to have your reviews and/or giveaways added, please click this link and submit them. The new edition posts on Monday, so any reviews that you want to add by Sunday will be included in the next edition.
Thanks for checking out my Sunday Post! I would love to hear about your week.
What did you get this week?
The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by @ Caffeinated Book Reviewer. It’s a chance to share news~ A post to recap the past week on your blog, showcase books and things we have received. See what other blogs have planned for the week ahead.
