I got the cutest little vibrator from Lovehoney! It is the Lovehoney Rechargeable Mirco Magic Wand. This thing is so cute and it recharges on the computer with a USB cord.

I was really intrigued by the size of this vibe. It has a one button interface with 7 different functions. You have to hold down the button for a few seconds for it to turn on. The light under the button glows blue when it is on and flashes with the pulse patterns. There is not a steady vibe with this wand. The closest it came to steady was 3 pulses every second, with no stopping. The vibe is incredibly buzzy and was not strong enough to actually get me to orgasm citorally, it came really close though. The head is big enough that it hit my labia with its buzzy head and felt almost uncomfortable. Buzzy is so different from rumbly. For me buzzy only works when it can be concentrated right on my clitoris. Then buzzy is pretty fantastic.

The toy itself is actually 3 pieces. The cap is soft and comes off. It stays on very well and goes back on easily, just takes a bit of maneuvering to get it off. This makes cleaning really easier since the toy itself is not waterproof. I found I could better clean the cap when it is not attached, then I could scrub between the groves with soap and water. I just use a sex toy wipe to clean the rest of the toy. I am not sure what material the removable cap is since it isn’t listed on the site or the box. It feels like silicone, but since the Lovehoney website says you can use either water-based or silicone based lubrication, I am gonna guess it is some sort of rubber.

The base unscrews to reveal the charging port. The toy came with a corded charger which had a USB connection on one side and a straight pin plug-in on the other. The plug doesn’t go all the way in to the toy, but the button lights up when it is charging. It does plug in to the computer, but not directly. The light under the button glows red when it is charging and green when it has a full charge. The nice thing about it is the quick charge which takes only about 20 minutes. It gives about 20 minutes of play once it is fully charged.

I so wanted this to get me off clitorally but it just didn’t do it for me. It is pretty powerful but the size of the head doesn’t work for me personally. Other uses I found for this vibe were for teasing massage, nipple and perineum play. The head is really flexible. I had a problem with all the noise from this vibe. It is tiny, but quite whiney.  It sounds like a very loud electric toothbrush or razor, and could be mistaken for one if used in the bathroom. I found the noise a bit distracting. You have to hold the button down for a few seconds to turn it off, so the noise is a bit of a problem. I guess that is a small price for something so small and portable. The toy has a cute key chain attachment. This toy is small enough to through in your purse or pocket and go. Too bad about the volume.
