The Extase Zenith is a vibrator with a bulbous egg-shaped end meant for g-spot or p-spot massage. It is easy to use and made of body safe materials. I loved the luxurious look and deluxe packaging of this vibrator. I found the bulbous end to be a bit large for my g-spot. The extra long handle makes this good for p-spot play though.
Materials: PU Coated Plastic
Dimensions: 8.5″ x 1.25″
The Extase Zenith runs on 2 AA batteries and has a one button interface. The button for this vibrator is on the bottom of the base. The button needs to be held down for a few seconds to turn it on. The Zenith has three speeds and four patterns. If you miss your speed you will have to cycle through all seven settings to find it again. To turn the Zenith off just hold down the button for a few seconds.
The battery compartment is easy to get to by unscrewing the cap. The Extase Zenith is not water-proof, only splash proof. The handle is extra long so I didn’t have any fear of getting water into the battery compartment during use or cleaning. The cap is a bit difficult to get back on. I liked the triangle/rounded shape of this vibe. I think it made the vibrator more comfortable to hold on to. The button on the base lights up when the vibrator turns on and when you change settings. The light turns red when the batteries need to be replaced.
The large bulbous head of this vibe is meant to add g-spot or p-spot stimulation. The length of this shaft makes it pretty safe for anal play, as long as you don’t insert it too far. I was surprised at the size of the bulbous head. It is almost the size of an egg. It made insertion a bit tricky. This vibe is firm and has a smooth, velvety feel to it. The PU coated plastic is compatible with both water-based and silicone-based lubrication, so lube it up. The length and shape of this vibe make it a good fit for a condom if you would like to share it between partners. To clean this vibe just use soap and water or a sex toy cleaner. I found it was pretty easy to keep from getting the battery compartment wet during cleaning.
I found the vibrations of this vibe to be a bit of a disappointment. I don’t need super strong vibrations to accomplish g-spot vibrations though so this would have been sufficient if it has a slimmer head. I did find other ways to use this vibe. This vibe was good for thrusting and the length made this great for p-spot play on my partner. Although the vibe makes a rumbly sound. The rumbly sound was much improved once it was inserted or had any sort of pressure applied. I doubt this vibe would be heard through a closed door.On it’s highest setting the batteries seem to rattle inside and it can get loud if no pressure is applied. Also, the toy doesn’t turn off easily. You have to hold down the button for more than a few seconds before it shuts off. This could be a problem if you need it to shut off quickly.
The packaging for the Extase Zenith was pretty nice. It came in a sturdy cardboard box, the vibe was nestled inside of a foam cut out. Under the foam I found detailed care/maintenance instructions and a nice grey draw-string pouch for storage. If this vibe had come with batteries it would have been even better.
I think this vibe will work for some women. It really depends on what kind of stimulation you are looking for. Do you like broad stimulation on your g-spot, does you partner enjoy p-spot play? Then this will work for you. As disappointed as I was with the strength of vibrations, I was still able to use this vibe clitorally. I do wish it was a bit stronger though.
