I got the Glow-in-the-Dark 2-Piece Harness to review from California Exotics. The box was a bit mangled upon arrival. I think the mailman is tired of handling all my packages! The box has a picture of the product with a sexy blond on the cover and the back. She is wearing a tasteful glow-in-the-dark bikini.The box lists the materials of both the harness and the dildo. The box is great for storage. I store this in a tote, so it is always ready to go! I think this harness and dildo are great for beginners. Advanced users may find the elastic will stretch with time and not be snug enough, also you are limited to the size of dildo you can use it with. I don’t use a harness all that often, but when I do, I don’t want to be adjusting it to fit. This harness is great for me.

The dildo and the harness are separate pieces. The harness is very comfortable to wear. Laying out it is 30″ wide but the elastic can stretch to 44″ comfortably. The band on the elastic waste is 2″. The back straps, that sit around the buttocks are adjustable and also stretch but they only measure 1/2″ wide.  The have a button so you can tighten them up if you are small in the rear. I loved not having to adjust the harness. It fit me perfect without being too tight. It was snug so the dildo sat comfortably in place. I imagine it has a short life with rough use, but for me it is perfect!

The dildo sat perfectly in the 2″ ring. The ring, unfortunately, is not adjustable. That is really the only flaw I saw in the harness. The harness part is soft, supple leather with non-tarnishing premium hardware. I love the looks of this harness! It made me hate the harness I had since it always has dangling straps. Whenever I used my other harness it takes me a while to adjust the thigh straps and the waist to fit. This harness doesn’t need all of that since it is elastic. A great product! I hope they come out with one with adjustable “O” rings, I would definitely invest in this!

The dildo is 6.5″. It has realistic “head” and tapers a bit at the tip. At it’s widest it is 4.5″ around. It is bright yellow and does indeed glow-in-the-dark. Just expose it to a bit of light and it will glow-in-the-dark. The dildo is made of phthalate-free PVC. This product is not good for anal use since it is a bit porous. The solution is to use a condom when playing anally. The dildo was wrapped in plastic when I got it out of the box. It is a sticky PVC material that needed to be pealed out of the plastic. The dildo has an odor to it out of the box. I tried to wash it off but it still smells after usage and washing a few times. It may be whatever makes it glow also makes it smell, so I’ll take the hit. The dildo was alot of fun. It looked amazing during use. Imagine seeing a glow-in-the-dark dong disappearing into you…then you know that the smell was not so much of an issue!

I am not overly sensitive to yeast infections, so I can’t speculate on the safety for sensitive users. I can say that with a little lube this dildo got the job done for me. The PVC material did not absorb a lot of the lube so it worked out perfect. When it came time to share I put a condom on it. That’s lame I know, but it worked.

I use a sex toy cleaner, but you can also use soap and water to clean the dildo. The harness can be wiped down. The dildo is compatible with both water and silicone lubrication. Slip it on and have fun! I liked this harness and dildo and I would recommend it. The harness doesn’t chafe and the glow-in-the-dark dildo is fun.

 I can tell you that I am looking forward to more harnesses and glow-in-the-dark products from Cal Exotics. I know their will be more, this is just such a great idea! Thank you California Exotics for letting me test out this product!
